How does availability work?
You can check
our availability for units 365 days in the future.
All unit availability
is displayed based on the day of your arrival for the the number of
nights you wish to stay.
Once you have found a
unit that is available and you would like to submit a Tentative
Reservation Request for a specific unit please complete request form and
submit. Submitting an Online Request...removes the unit from the Online
Inventory displayed.
We handle each
Tentative Reservation Request on an individual basis. All Requests are
subject to staff approval. If the request has been approved by staff you
will receive correspondence outlining the details of your trip,
instructions on how to confirm the request, along with any advance
deposit requirements needed.
All requests are
subject to staff review and approval. Staff may deny a request for
reservations for any reason. For example; a request leaves a single
night in between two reservations, multiple requests from the same
individual for different units. Or, in order for us to handle the
turnover for a specific day.
Most importantly this
approval and request review allows our staff the opportunity to assist
our repeat clientele first.
So Review the
units...check availability of all units for a specific time, submit a
request wait for approval usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Do the units have Internet
Access?
No not in each unit. For those
that need to stay in touch while traveling we have an Internet Kiosk
available in the Office Lobby. Wireless access is also available if
you have your own machine and is available within close proximity to
the main office lobby. No direct wire ports are available.
Do you allow Smoking?
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, all sheets, blankets etc.
Towels are exchanged daily. We do not provide pool towels, you can
use towels from the unit, we suggest that you bring towels for the
pool.
What about Kitchens?
All units that have kitchens are
complimented with enough silverware, plates, cups to accommodate the
max number of people allowed in the unit. Pots, pans, serving
utensils, and baking dishes are also provided. We do not provide
paper towels. Dish towels and dish soap are included. Dishwasher
detergent is provide for those units that have one. If you require
other items you may request at the office if we have it you are
welcome to use it! Additionally, each unit with a kitchen has; stove
with oven, fridge/freezer (various sizes), microwave, toaster,
coffee maker w/filters.
Are cribs and high chairs available?
Yes we do have cribs, roll-a-ways
and high chairs available upon request. Please call or submit your
request above.
How far is it from Denver
International Airport?
Depending on the time of day Estes

What time is check-in & Check-out?
Check-in time for individual
units is
2:00 p.m.
Check-in time for group lodges
is
4:00 p.m.
Check out time for all units is
10:30 a.m.
Do you allow Pets?
No. Service Dogs are allowed by
special arrangements only please call in advance.
Do we have Handicap Accessible
units?
Please inquire about units that
are better suited for wheelchair accessibility.
Do we need to make advance
reservations for horseback riding?
It is not necessary until you
arrive. However if you have a large group you should call to make
reservations in Advance. You
may call the livery directly for complete information at
970-586-5890.
Do we need to make advance
reservations for Kids Club, or Buck-a-roo?
No, you can make those
arrangements when you arrive. We try to get at least six or so
children signed up to make the activity more fun the kids. Please
sign-up in the office.
Do you have Cable TV?
No, we have a Dish Network satellite
television system with the top 60 programming package, including major networks,
CNN, ESPN, kids networks, in all units. All units include a DVD. A
DVD rental library is available in the office lobby.
Do you have A/C?
No... we always suggest just to open the window its all you will need.
What are your Taxes?
3.7 % Sales Tax and 2.0% "Pillow Tax" total 5.7% of
nightly rate.
