Rates may change until booked, and confirmed with required

You can check our availability
for units 365 days in the future.
Rates displayed are for current calendar year only. Please
see Rate Plan
All unit availability is
displayed based on the day of your arrival for the the
number of nights you wish to stay.
Once you have found a unit that
is available and you would like to submit a Tentative
Reservation Request for a specific unit please complete
request form and submit. Submitting an Online
Request...removes the unit from the Online Inventory
displayed.
We handle each Tentative
Reservation Request on an individual basis. All Requests are
subject to staff approval. If the request has been approved
by staff you will receive correspondence outlining the
details of your trip, instructions on how to confirm the
request, along with any advance deposit requirements needed.
All requests are subject to
staff review and approval. Staff may deny a request for
reservations for any reason. For example; a request leaves a
single night in between two reservations, multiple requests
from the same individual for different units. Or, in order
for us to handle the turnover for a specific day.
Most importantly this approval
and request review allows our staff the opportunity to
assist our repeat clientele first.
So Review the units...check
availability of all units for a specific time, submit a
request wait for approval usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Wait List Inquiries
We give top priority to those guests that stayed with us during our last open
season. They have first opportunity to return to the same unit for the same
dates the following season. Departing Guests should have reservation staff file
a Return Request Card prior to check-out if
interested in returning the next year.

contact you only if we are able to accommodate you!

Two nights during; spring, fall and post seasons.

Advance Deposit Payment
Information
The number of nights in your stay
determines the total deposit amount due. The amount is based on the first
nightly rate of your stay. Upon receipt of your first installment payment we
will send you a confirmation of the reservation, along with a reminder
concerning any additional deposit requirements. Acceptable forms of payment
include Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, personal checks and Money
Orders made to Glacier Lodge.
Deposit Requirements Individual
Units

A one night deposit is required on a two or three night stay.
·
A two night deposit is required on a four night stay or longer.
·
A four night deposit is required on a seven night stay or longer.
·
Balance and tax due at check-out.
Deposit Requirement
Multi-family Group Units
·
A one night deposit is required on a two or three night stay, due
in November or at time of booking.
·
Four or five night stay one night due in November, one night due
in February, or at time of booking
·
Six night stay or longer two nights due in November, two nights
due in February, or at time of booking.
·
Balance and tax due at check-out.
Cancellation Policy
Individual Units
· $30.00 cancellation fee charged on all cancellations.
· 30
Days prior to arrival refund is granted less $30 fee.
·
30 Days or less prior to arrival
refund is granted less $30.00 fee if
unit is rented to another party at the published nightly rate of the original
reservation.
· 7 days or less prior to arrival no refund is granted.
· Early departures, guest is responsible for all nightly charges
included on original booking. Minimum stay requirements apply.
Multi-family Group Units
·
Deposit payments on group facilities are non-refundable if
cancellation occurs. A refund is granted, less $75.00 fee, if we are able to rent the
facility to another group (s) for the same dates, at the published nightly rate
of the original reservation.
·
Deposit payments on group facilities are non-refundable if
cancellation occurs less than 90 days prior to arrival.
· Deposit payments on additional individual units associated with a
group are non-refundable if cancellation occurs. A refund is granted, less
$30.00 fee,
if we are able to rent the unit to another party for the same dates, at the
published nightly rate of the original reservation. Deposit payments on
additional individual units associated with a group are non-refundable if
cancellation occurs less than 90 days prior to arrival.
