Spruce Haven is a large 2
bedroom unit with a river location. Sleeping
arrangements include 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and
the other with 2 twins, and a sleeper sofa in the living
room. The one bathroom has a tub/shower. The living room
has a large rock fireplace and color TV, the dining area
is off the living room. The deck offers a nice place for
morning coffee and paper. The backyard is great for
BBQ’s and letting the children run. We call Spruce Haven
a riverside location, you can hear and see the river but
you are not located right on the bank of the river like
our other riverside units. Spruce Haven as been popular
with families that have children of all ages. The
location also provides easy access to the pool just up
the hill. Price is for number of people in parenthesis.
Please add $25 per person per night for 6 person
occupancy.
